Meet the President & Founder
Matthew McKinney, President started Steadfast Group after a decade of experience in the construction industry through our sister company The L & L Flooring Company. Over that time Matthew developed a recipe for success in the industry by growing The L & L Flooring Company to over 8 figures in sales, while employing over 40 individuals.
Through the many years of providing floorcovering products to a variety of builder clients, Matthew has been able to learn from the very best in the business along with learning what not to do from the worst. This has allowed Matthew the opportunity to build an extreme high level quality team of contractors that have the upmost attention to detail and quality. His initial focus was into the communities of South Nashville - Southern Davidson county creating quality homes in an area that have not seen the development and construction the rest of Nashville has. Since the beginning in South Nashville, Steadfast Group has expanded it reach completing a portfolio of projects throughout Metro Davidson County, Williamson, and Maury counties.
Matthew manages project due diligence, acquisition, development underwriting, and over sees construction management.
